ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON OILS, CANDLES, WANDS or SPELL KITS !!!

Email us with your concern(s) over other items and we will gladly discuss alternative methods to satisfaction...should a return be necessary/credit given after discussion...PURCHASED ITEMS are returned at your expense to the address given at time of complaint. Once item is returned..credit will then be credited to your account. Please note this liability is only valid for the first (3) days after purchase.  BOS that have been used, ARE NOT RETURNABLE. We strive for the happiness  of  all who purchase from us...however, consecrated used items are impossible to restock.  A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from credit due on all returned items.
All items shipped to you required signature upon delivery, this keeps everybody happy and insures items arrive as scheduled.
